VYRA One-Year Colour Guarantee & 180-Day Manufacturing Warranty Policy
At VYRA, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery.
All eligible standard jewellery pieces are covered by a 1-Year Colour Guarantee and a 180-Day Manufacturing Warranty, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1-Year Colour Guarantee
Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear. If your jewellery experiences colour fading or tarnishing under normal personal use within 1 year from the original purchase date, we will offer a replacement in accordance with the terms below.
What is covered under the Colour Guarantee
• Colour fading
• Tarnishing
• Loss of the original gold-coloured finish
What is not covered under the Colour Guarantee
• Scratches, dents, marks, or general wear and tear
• Broken chains, clasps, stones, settings, or other structural damage
• Lost or stolen jewellery
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidental damage, or intentional harm
• Damage caused by improper storage or care
• Physical damage of any kind
Important: The 1-Year Colour Guarantee applies to the colour and finish of the jewellery only. It does not cover breakage, structural damage, scratches, stones, clasps, chains, or other physical damage.
180-Day Manufacturing Warranty
VYRA also provides a 180-Day Manufacturing Warranty from the original purchase date.
This warranty covers manufacturing faults that are present due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
What may be covered under the Manufacturing Warranty
• Faulty clasps or closures caused by a manufacturing defect
• Chains or components that fail due to a manufacturing fault
• Stones or components that become detached due to a manufacturing defect
• Other confirmed defects in materials or workmanship
What is not covered under the Manufacturing Warranty
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by pulling, bending, dropping, crushing, or misuse
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches or dents
• Lost or stolen jewellery
• Damage caused by improper care or storage
• Damage occurring after the 180-day warranty period
Claim Conditions
• Proof of purchase is required for all claims
• Clear photos and/or videos of the jewellery must be provided
• Colour Guarantee claims must relate specifically to colour fading, tarnishing, or loss of finish
• Manufacturing Warranty claims must relate to a genuine manufacturing defect
• Claims must relate to normal personal use
• VYRA reserves the right to inspect, assess, approve, or decline claims based on the condition of the jewellery and the circumstances of the claim
Replacement Terms
• Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item where available
• If the original item is unavailable, VYRA may offer a similar item of equal value or store credit
• VYRA may limit or decline repeated claims where misuse, abnormal wear, or abuse of the warranty policy is identified
• Customers may be required to cover shipping costs associated with replacement items
• Replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty or guarantee period
Additional Conditions
• The 1-Year Colour Guarantee is for colour and finish only
• The 180-Day Manufacturing Warranty covers manufacturing defects only
• Both periods begin from the original purchase date
• The warranty and guarantee are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser
• Custom or personalised jewellery pieces are excluded unless otherwise stated
• Any fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unreasonable claims may result in the warranty or guarantee being voided
• VYRA reserves the right to amend this policy where permitted by applicable law
This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
