At VYRA, we are committed to delivering your jewellery as safely and quickly as possible. Please review our shipping information below.
Order Processing
Ready-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is placed, or within 48 hours where possible.
All other items are processed within 10 working days, as some pieces are prepared or made especially for your order.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, promotions, or new product launches.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days for many orders, depending on your location and the shipping service available.
International orders can take up to 20 business days depending on location, customs processing, and shipping conditions.
While many orders arrive sooner, international logistics and customs processing may occasionally cause delays that are outside of our control.
Shipping Locations
At the moment, we offer free shipping to New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VYRA is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist you in tracking the shipment.
