Change of Mind
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
Please review product descriptions, sizing, and images carefully before completing your purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.
Once reviewed, our team will assist you with the appropriate resolution.

180-Day Manufacturing Warranty
All VYRA jewellery comes with a 180-day manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects or faults related to the product.
1-Year Colour Warranty
VYRA jewellery also comes with a 1-year colour warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers colour fading or tarnishing under normal wear and care.
The warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches caused by misuse
• Damage caused by chemicals or improper care
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by perfumes, lotions, cleaning products, alcohol, chlorine or other harsh chemicals
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or colour issue within the warranty period, please contact our support team with your order details and clear photos so we can assess it.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or cancelled before they are processed or dispatched at our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
