At Vyra, we stand behind the quality of our jewellery.

All standard pieces are covered by our lifetime colour guarantee. Our jewellery is designed to be worn daily, including in the shower, at the gym, and at the beach, without fading or tarnishing under normal wear.

If your jewellery experiences colour fading or tarnishing under normal use, we will offer a replacement in accordance with the terms below.

What is covered

• Colour fading
• Tarnishing
• Loss of original gold finish

What is not covered

• Scratches, dents, or general wear and tear
• Broken chains, clasps, or structural damage
• Lost or stolen items
• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional harm
• Exposure to harsh chemicals, including perfumes, alcohol, lotions, chlorine, or cleaning products applied directly to the jewellery
• Damage caused by improper storage or care

Claim conditions

• Proof of purchase is required for all claims
• Clear photos and/or videos of the item must be provided
• The item must show signs of colour fading or tarnishing, not physical damage
• Claims must relate to normal personal use only
• Vyra reserves the right to assess and approve all claims at its discretion

Replacement terms

• Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same item where available
• If the original item is no longer available, a similar item of equal value or store credit will be offered
• Vyra may limit repeated claims per customer where misuse or abnormal usage is identified
• Customers may be required to cover shipping costs associated with replacement items

Additional conditions

• This guarantee applies to the colour and finish of the jewellery only
• This guarantee is valid for the lifetime of the product under reasonable personal use
• The guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
• Custom jewellery pieces are not included in this guarantee
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable claims will result in the guarantee being voided
